Our souls are looking for the meaning of life. Not only are we looking for the meaning of life, but the meaning of our life.
Purpose.

Our days have been written down in a book in Heaven before we were even born. This isn't a book with just numbers in it, no it's the life we are to live and meant to live here on Earth.
God has a purpose for you and me.
Not only does God have a purpose for you, he has purpose in everything related to you and about who you are. Isn't that exciting?

Now when David had served God's purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; he was buried with his ancestors and his body decayed. Acts 13:36

We are designed to live our lives with purpose and not just any purpose, but according to God's purpose; we are designed to live our lives with purpose and not just any purpose, but according to God's purpose; the things he's written about in our book.
*This might sound strange to some of you, but I think it's time to start asking God to reveal what he's written in our individual books. Yes! This is where we will find God's purpose for our lives.
He is the revealer of mysteries and wants to reveal his purpose to us, for us, and about us.

How it unravels in your life and mine, we might not ever fully understand.
We have to come to a point in our lives and accept that truth otherwise we could find ourselves stuck, fixated on the past, instead of looking forward to what God has next.

We are not existing for ourselves. We are existing to love God and to love others. We are called to impact others through this love. In that, is the mystery where we find purpose.
It's up to us to believe that there is purpose in and through it all. Continue to trust God by trusting in the truth of his Word.

Finish this life with purpose and finish it well.
