“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. Isaiah 55:8-9
Have you ever had plans seemingly come to a screeching halt?
Everything was moving forward for our family and then BAM! We hit a wall, and that wall was our house.
We had listed it as soon as we knew that the Lord was directing us to Arizona

Not one nibble.
Not a single offer for months.
We were now in a season of waiting. (So much could be told here but suffice it to say, I did get a lot of blogging done on waiting!)
We waited and waited and WAITED for God to sell our house for a year and a half until one day something amazing happened.
We had two offers come in on the same day!! God was releasing us from one season and into another.

Abraham had to wait to see his promised son come into fruition.
Isaac had to wait to receive his blessing of a wife.
Jacob had to wait to enter into a life of prosperity.
AND in life I learned:
Tasha Johnson had to wait to move to Phoenix to enter into her "promised land".
In my book, Path of the Blessing: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, I wrote about how important it is to wait on God. Here's an excerpt:
